If you forget your password, visit the login page, enter your email, and we send a password-reset link. Do not share your password, OTP codes, or 2FA recovery codes with anyone, including selotgacor staff. We never ask for these details via email, phone, or message.

Promotions and Bonus Terms on selotgacor

selotgacor offers a welcome bonus for new verified accounts, weekly cashback on net losses, referral bonuses, and tier-progression rewards. Each promotion has specific eligibility criteria and claim deadlines. Before you claim, read the promotion terms in the Promotions section of your account; they state the minimum deposit required, the bonus expiry date, and any wagering conditions.

Bonus stakes carry an expiry window—typically 7 to 30 days, depending on the offer. If your bonus expires before you use it, it is forfeited. Expired bonuses do not reduce your main account balance. We do not refund unclaimed bonuses. If a bonus is voided—for example, because you closed your account before the expiry or violated our terms—we notify you via email and explain the reason. Cashback is calculated on net losses during the eligible period and credited the following Tuesday.

Bet Settlement and Market Rules

We settle all bets on football, live casino, slots, and esports markets according to the official result declared by the league, tournament organizer, or game provider. For Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, and Piala AFF matches, we use the result published by the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) or the AFC (Asian Football Confederation). For Champions League and Premier League, we use the official league data.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, we handle bets according to market-specific rules shown in the match preview. For example, if a match is postponed and rescheduled for a later date, most football markets remain open; bets stand as placed. If a match is abandoned before completion, certain markets (like match winner) may void or settle as a draw, depending on how much time was played. We publish all specific rules in the Rules section of the app before you place a bet.

Dispute Resolution and Account Closure

If you dispute a settled bet or a bonus calculation, contact our support team via the Help menu in your account. Provide your account number, the bet or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue. Our team reviews your case within 24 hours and responds via email. If we uphold your dispute, we credit your account immediately.

You may close your account at any time via Account Settings. Upon closure, your balance is paid out to your registered withdrawal account within 24 hours. After closure, your account cannot be reopened; you must create a new account if you wish to return. Any unclaimed bonuses are forfeited upon closure.

Important: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, money laundering, or unlawful use. If suspended, your account is frozen pending investigation; withdrawal requests are held. Investigation typically completes within 7 days. We notify you via email of the outcome.
